Help fund legal representation to hold local officials accountable for fair and accurate studies, open government, and lawful data practices.

The Steele County Board of Commissioners will determine whether the project is found to have significant environmental impacts. If a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is issued, legal action may be pursued to seek preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).

There are public comment sections at every City Council and County Commissioner meeting. Attend and share your concerns with your elected officials in person.
